Meet the Trainers



My training philosophy is simple, do what works and have fun doing it. No one is going to stick to a workout regime or diet they hate. Quick results are great but long term lifestyle changes is what really matters. I work with all my clients to come up with a game plan for their unique situation to come to the end result of reaching their goals. If something is not working I look for the solution and make the necessary changes. I have a passion for helping people and nothing makes me happier then client wins I have been a personal trainer for 7 years  ranging from youth athletes to senior citizens and everything in between. I have also been teaching boxing for 6 years.



I began training in 2016 and immediately fell in love with it!  I believe in a well rounded approach to physical fitness, addressing all areas related to functional movement, strength, balance, flexibility,and coordination.  I like to keep workouts fun yet effective, often challenging the body with multi-part exercises and varying paces. I am well versed in all areas of training as well as a sound knowledge in therapeutic and corrective exercise.  Overall health is my primary focus while working toward any goals you may have.
